Coach Severin N. Enang Returns For A Second Spell At Prisons FC

(Buea-Cameroon) The Management of Prisons Football Club Buea aka Home Boys has announced the appointment of Severin N. Enang (SNE) as the new Head Coach of the team for the 2019/2020 season.

Preparations for the new Southwest Regional Championship which is slated to begin in the days ahead, has heightened, as clubs of the Region keep fine-tuning strategies to get the best of coaches and players ahead of the football season.

Prisons FC Buea alias Home Boys, one of the Region’s legendary clubs ran back to one of the coaches who brought the team some sunny days in the 2015/2016 football season, as he qualified the team for SW Mini-Interpools.

Enang Severin is a product of the SW branch of Brasseries Football School. In his days as a football player, he played in clubs from the Southwest, Northwest, Littoral and West Regions. He played for Botafogo FC, Victoria United, Mount Cameroon, Bamenda FC, DAC 2000, Panthere of Nde among others.

Enang began his coaching career with Continental FA in Buea in 2014, and later joined the ranks of Prisons FC Buea in 2015, Football Management Academy (FMA) Buea was his next destination in 2016. In 2017 Buea United FC came calling. He coached the team for a year without squabbles, but was shown door by the management of the Club in the course of the second season.

On Enang’s return, Prisons FC’s team Manager Stephen Wose alias Mangamba, remarked that; “Enang is like a son to me, fortunately, we have worked together and I believe his return will take the Club to another level.

On his part, Coach Enang said; “It is a herculean task for me, but with God everything is possible. We will continue from where the team ended last season, and strategise. I have been out of the team for some years but I kept watching the team and will say we can do it through Jesus Christ our Lord”.

The new but old gaffer returns to continue from where he stopped in 2016 with Prisons FC Buea (Home Boys).
