Kelvin Ewome Matute On The Move Once Again

Cameroonian midfielder, Kelvin Ewome Matute has moved to Italian Serie D Club, Taranto FC from Avellino who gained promotion into the Italian Serie C, but is in serious judicial issues with the Italian Football authorities.

The Great Soppo native was born on October 10, 1988, in Buea, City of Excellence, and chief town of the Southwest region. Matute had no reason to reject the offer of Taranto since he was in search of stability and playing time. The talented midfielder has been in Italy for 13years and has played for seven of those years in the Italian Serie B and C, spending only last season in Serie D; playing for clubs like Udinese where he began his professional career in 2006, Arezzo, Cesena, Triestina, Crotone, Pro Vercelli, Casertana, Juve Stabia, Avellino and Taranto his new employers making it a total of 10 clubs.
