Emmanuel Agbor has been appointed to replace Enang N, Severin as new Coach of Buea United FC.

Emmanuel Agbor is a former player of Victoria United alias OPOPO. Buea United’s new coach has worked with the technical bench of Cinyodev FA, from where he left to come and salvage the situation in the Mountain Boys’ squad.  The team has not been at its best, as it consistently faced a streak of poor results.

“I have come with my philosophy and I hope the team is going work with me and forget the past. We must have mutual respect and love for one another.” The new Coach stated. Coach Emmanuel Agbor’s litmus test will come up this Saturday, June 1st when he clashes with MT Cameroon FC at the Molyko Omnisport Stadium.

How Enang N. Severin and Buea United Parted Ways

In a document signed by the club’s el Supremo dated May 28, 2019, the management of Buea United FC alias Mountain Boys announced to the public that Coach Enang has been shown the door.

The former Botafogo, Victoria United FC, Panthere and Mount Cameroon FC player now on the technical bench joined Buea United FC from Football Management Academy (FMA). Enang Severin has been with the Mountain Boys as Head Coach for two seasons. The separation comes barely days after the Mountain Boys played another draw game with Catholic University Sports Academy in the Southwest Regional Championship.

The string of draws in the league has pushed the management of the club to this decision. BUFC stands third in Pool B with 8pts behind CUSA on 9pts and EEMSA on 14pts haven drawn five games and a single victory, their only disappointing outing was the defeat in the Cup of Cameroon by Ngeka Joy SA, a Fako league side. Speaking to Atlantic Chronicles on how he felt and what he will focus on after BUFC, Coach Enang said, “I feel bad because I leave some children who want to go far in life not only in soccer or sports. For my projects, I do not have any club in mind for now and will concentrate more on my mission, which is to continue fetching disciples for God in sports and other domains.”
