Great article. It is rather unfortunate that over the last 10 years, the travel industry has already been able to to deal with terrorism, SARS, tsunamis, bird flu virus, swine flu, as well as the first ever true global recession. Through all of it the industry has proven to be effective, resilient as well as dynamic, finding new methods to deal with misfortune. There are generally fresh problems and opportunities to which the industry must again adapt and act in response.
