Buea United FC Begins Scouting for Players

The long-awaited talent-hunt by the technical and management team of Buea United FC alias Mountain Boys, has commenced, with the first activity taking place at the GMI field in Buea. The exercise which started on September 24 is scheduled to run through to Friday, to October 4.

A total of 31 players came for the first detection exercise.

Some old lads (7) of Coach Emmanuel Agbor (Alabas) were seen during this exercise in which players were divided into two separate Camps for a game of 90 minutes. 

Speaking to the press after the commencement of the exercise, Coach Alabas said, “We are preparing to have a solid team that can take us to a higher level.”

According to the President of the Club, Valery Kadji “This year is going to be a new dawn with Buea United, we are going to restructure the club from the technical to the administrative sector. We will also bring in young and good players to boost the older players*. Kadji said.

With the Southwest Regional League, doped (SWRL) scheduled to begin on November 9, 2019,  the registration or deposit for player licenses is on and clubs are expected to follow the right procedure.
